Wholewheat bread with roasted seeds

This week’s Inspiration is a wholewheat bread with roasted seeds. It is made with mostly wholewheat flour (wheat and a little rye) and a bit of white flour. The dough contains roasted seeds (pumpkin, sunflower) and is topped with flax and sunflower seeds. It is a dense and nourishing bread full of fibres!
