Italian bread with poppy seeds

This week’s Special is a white wheat bread topped with poppy seeds. It also contains some olive oil and has a very airy crumb. More of a mediterranean inspiration I would say.

Wheat flour - water - sourdough - olive oil - poppy seeds - sel de Guérande - yeast
