Sugar bread

This week’s Sweet is the Sugar Bread, a locally much appreciated classic, commonly known as craquelin/suikerbrood. This is my interpretation of it.

Wheat flour – eggs – butter – sourdough - milk - pearled sugar - cane sugar - sel de Guérande - yeast
